Further Pictures from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic Party US Legislators

Development layouts for the financier's personal tropical island included in the images.

Furthermore featured in this recent document disclosure seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.

You can see the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the south-eastern section.

The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and includes a key identifying distinct sections of the land.

Alongside the main plan are what look to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, including designs for dock shelters.

Further documentation disclosed as part of the current oversight release.
